Touch screens let you order up cocktails and microbrews, and even customize them down to the salt (or not) on your margarita. Hang out at the first U.S. 12-foot-long iBar, an interactive surface where you can digitally paint the bartop, play games with your friends, and intrigue bar strangers across the room via wall projections. The games are quick and encourage friendly competition, conversation and the occasional phone number.
