Steakhouses? We’ve seen ‘em.
NYC imports? Done and done.
But, STK, the new Meatpacking District transplant from the gang at ONE Group, delivers excellent steakhouse fare in a sexed-up, black-and-white setting, catering to the way LA thinks and eats.
Of course, the name is pun-intended, meaning the grub your daddy swears by is the main attraction. Indulge in perfect cuts of porterhouse, N.Y. Strip steaks, and filet medallions. Those who are too cool for old school will appreciate the Foie Gras French Toast and Shrimp Rice Crispies. And with Diver Scallops with Miso Caramel and a smart selection of salads, even starlets will have something to nibble on.
Between the DJ booth, dual bars and low banquette seats, the lounge-like vibe is perfect for seeing and being seen - just the way LA likes it. With luxe touches like pressed black crocodile and an exposed white brick wall, you know the design wasn’t just an afterthought.
Of course, the subterranean carpark and private elevator for VIPs reminds guests that they’re not in NYC anymore.
